Mobile Phone Rentals

Mobile phones can be rented, picked up and returned at the following airports;

• Shin Chitose Airport (10:00 – 18:00).
• Tokyo, Haneda (06:30 – 23:00 or return in the mail box after 23:00, however this will be charged as an extra day rental)
• Tokyo, Narita (07:00am – 21:00pm)
• Osaka: Kansai, Kokusai, Kuukou (07:30 – 20:30 or return in the mail box after 20:30, however this will be charged as an extra day rental)

Mobile phones need to be reserved prior to arriving in Japan using the following webpage.

Guests will be asked for their credit card details.

Cost

• Rental of mobile phones cost ¥250 per Day.
• Rental tax on start costs ¥315. (this rate does not include calls and messages).
• Any calls and messages will be charged later from guest’s credit cards.
